I have been using computers since the age of 12 when I was introduced to computers at school. I live and breath computers, my strengths are having the patience to fix computer problems and the patience to teach anything you may need to know about them for example:- the internet, turning on a computer, the bore of Spreadsheets, Yes I can do it all, this will be done at your pace, not mine. Some of you are more knowledgeable than others. I have the expertise of working with people who have learning difficulties so I do know how to adjust my teaching skills to different customers. I am a friendly trustworthy guy who totally believes in offering a fantastic service at an affordable price.
Repairs
All repairs are carried out and inspected by myself, I've worked in the computer business industry for 4 years and able fix most problems. Repairs are completed with a maximum repair time of 7 days. If certain parts need to be ordered will contact you and advise as this could take longer. Please drop off your computer with desktop power lead/laptop charger lead to Woolwise, 10 Lower Mill Street, Kidderminster, DY10 6UU Tel: 01562-820279 (Next to Job Centre).
You will need to complete a booking in form and then I shall call you when complete and ready for collection. Please print the Booking In Form and then take your machine to Woolwise. No printer? Don't worry form is available from the shop.
- Diagnostics (Not sure what the fault is, get it diagnosed) Labour included, excludes any required parts.
- Virus Removal* (Definately sure you have a virus.. we use our hi-tech software to remove this)
- Data Transfer (Moving of your data from one computer to another. Programs physically cannot be transferred
- Installation of Windows
- Purchased Program Installation (For Example Microsoft Office)

* If virus cannot be removed, a reinstallation of Windows may be required. All data shall be lost.
Tuition
I absolutely know it's not easy to dive into the computer world that's why I'm offering this rare service where I can spend as much time as you need to get you up and running. I can imagine your fed up of hearing on television and radio advertisements always saying (go to www. for more information), so why not let me take all this stress away from you and leave you with a greater understanding.
As already explained I have a fantastic bubbly personality putting you at ease instantly, I also have a very patient manner I don't mind having to explain things more than once, I won't shout and get fed up, I'll work to your pace.
I can give you tuition on almost anything, my expertise are in the following areas:
- Switching a computer on
- Explaining how the computer and mouse works
- Writing and printing a basic word document
- Explain all the computer jargon made simple
- Explain how the internet works
- Show you how to get onto the internet
- Show you how to write and send an email
- Slowly improve typing speed
There are plenty of free computer courses available in the Wyre Forest area but with a 1-2-1 tuition I work at your pace at your place of home or work!
